Bookings and Check-in

How can I book an apartment?

You can book an apartment directly through our website, via email, or WhatsApp.

What payment methods are accepted?

PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Pago Bancomat, cash.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM;
Check-out: until 10:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for an additional fee, subject to prior arrangement and availability.

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

Yes, upon prior request and subject to availability.

Where can I find information about the apartment?

Inside the apartment, you will find all the necessary information for your stay, including the Wi-Fi password and useful contacts.

What is the cancellation policy?

It depends on the rate chosen at the time of booking:

  • Non-refundable rate: immediate payment required at the time of booking.
  • Refundable rate: free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in (credit card pre-authorization at the time of booking, with actual payment processed 5 days before check-in).
Children/Minors and Extra Beds

Children and minors under 18 are welcome at Cascina Tavolette, always under the responsibility of their parents or guardians. Infants up to 3 years old stay for free. An extra baby bed or a crib for infants can be requested at the time of booking for an additional fee.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome at Cascina Tavolette farmhouse, provided their presence is communicated at the time of booking, specifying the type and size of the pet, and upon approval from the property. Pets stay for free; however, there is an additional cleaning fee of €9.90 per pet, charged at the end of the stay.

Apartment Amenities and Services

What amenities are included in the apartment?

All apartments at the Cascina Tavolette are furnished and equipped with smart TVs, Wi-Fi, heating, and air conditioning systems. Each apartment includes a kitchenette/living kitchen, equipped with appliances and cookware. Bed linens, blankets, bath and household towels are also provided. Each apartment has its own bathroom, equipped with a shower and all necessary sanitary fixtures. Additionally, a hairdryer is provided in each apartment.

Are bed linens and towels provided?

Yes, all apartments come with bed linens and bath towels included in the price.

Do the apartments have Wi-Fi access?

Yes, all apartments have access to free Wi-Fi.

Are the apartments equipped with air conditioning and heating?

Yes, all apartments are equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating.

Is there a kitchen in the apartment?

Yes, each apartment is equipped with a fully furnished kitchenette/living kitchen.

Are cleaning services available during the stay?

Daily cleaning of the apartments is provided (excluding dishwashing and waste disposal), while linens are changed every three nights or at the end of the stay, after the Guest’s departure. Any additional cleaning services during the stay, as well as requests for fresh bed linens, bathroom towels, or household linen, must be arranged in advance with the property and will incur an additional charge per service.

Are the apartments accessible for people with disabilities?

The farmhouse has an elevator in the main building. One of the apartments is suitable for guests with mobility impairments.

Is parking available?

Parking is always available on-site. Vehicles must be parked in the designated spaces, as specified in the rental agreement signed at the time of booking. Please note that, although the parking is located in a private area, it is not supervised. The property accepts no responsibility for theft and/or damage to the vehicle or its contents.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking and/or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the Cascina Tavolette agriturismo. This ban also applies to the terraces on the second floor and common areas. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. It is strictly forbidden to leave cigarette butts in the courtyard or parking area.

Is breakfast service provided?

No, Cascina Tavolette does not offer breakfast service. A special rate has been arranged with the café-pastry shop “Bresciani,” located at Via John Kennedy, 2 in Pralboino (BS), for the guests of the farmhouse.

Is there a laundry/ironing service?

Upon explicit request made in advance, laundry/ironing services can be arranged (excluding dry cleaning). Cascina Tavolette is not responsible for any damage to clothing, including the loss of buttons, zippers, or other accessories. It is recommended to inform us in advance of any special requirements.

Parties and Music

They are prohibited in all areas of Cascina Tavolette, except on special occasions agreed upon in advance with the property owner.

Outdoor Spaces

The outdoor spaces and areas of the Cascina Tavolette farmhouse are available to guests, in compliance with the Regulations signed at the time of booking. The use of these spaces is under the direct responsibility of each guest.
